Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct address for shipping. Any changes made to the shipping address after a package is shipped are not guaranteed. Post tracking cannot be reshipped.
Here at Barewood, we understand how important it is to our customers that we ship your purchases discreetly. We ship all orders in plain cardboard boxes, nothing to mark cannabis or things of that nature. Our shipping labels do not say Barewood, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discrete.
Our packages are shipped to you in a plain white box, wrapped in a generic mailing bag. Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the words “Barewood.”
We do not ship to anyone under the age of 19 years old.
Barewood reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.
We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.
We ship all products from state to state and all over the world. Shipping costs vary depending on times and shipping destination. Free shipping is offered on orders over $250.
SHIPPING TIMES AND SHIPPING SPEED
Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 12-48 hours of being placed. In rare cases of holidays or special sales, processing times can be between 1-5 days. . Shipping times do not guarantee a package arrival date.
All of our packages are shipped out via UPS, USPS, and FedEx in the United States. Tracking labels are sent out via email once the package is picked up by the post office. You will not receive a tracking number email until your package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the postal service.
